Apparently, Earth is the only planet in the Solar Sytem to harbor life (😊) and, therefore, the only in the same planet park to host some coronavirus (😔). That’s… sad.
I’d rather have Uranus in a crazy orbit any given Sunday. Or Venus’s s#itty methane fest on the side of my daily morning cereal.
They’re both COVID-free.
Just like… The Moon!
8. SUPER MARIO GRAVITY
Too fat to run or jump? Too skinny and lazy to wander off to your next door McDonald's?
The Moon’s got you covered. No need for scales or fashion etiquettes. Everyone’s the same!
There’s none whatsoever, to none of these groups, or so called ‘categories’, for the folks at Mountain View or Palo Alto or whatever. One thing unites them: über-qualification, preparation and, theoretically, pro and creativity.
I’ve seen nobody from the 1920s being called a primordial or Gen S (or any other pseudo-antropo-social-BS term for that matter) and succeeding or failing big-time. They probably didn’t need that. And yet… there were Bukowski, Pope JP II, Charlie Parker.
I dunno. At least some dudes capable of speaking from their own minds. Can’t really see that cross generations nowadays.
All of them are…
That would be just dandy. Imagine your dress code. Your working schedule. The meetings you would trade for missions. The KPIs being measured in dead bodies. The assassination talks and the shuriken coaching sessions…
I dunno if Ninjas are a thing of the past — we don’t see many Ninjas around, both human and in teenage mutant turtle form; that’s shameful if I might add — or if they’ll trend somewhere in the future, but what we know is this:
> Good payroll
> Awesome dress code
> You don’t get fired, you are murdered. #ninjastyle
Portugal is a lovely country all-around but it has its ‘foes’. In the same way one could say Texas and Alabama are different States from the US of Big A, Cascais likes to think it sits apart from all the ‘others’ around it.
All I’ll try to say, in fewer words you might expect, is that Cascais is no better than Palhais or Grimancelos.
Cascais is just… Cascais. Just like Birmingham will be Birmingham, AL. And Austin remains Austin, TX.
Akira Toryama’s original masterpiece, which is basically a synonym for Shōnen anime, tells us the story of chubby, tailed and spiky-haired Goku, who clearly never realizes he’s the most powerful being the Universe has ever seen.
Nevertheless, Goku is not a story of hard work. I mean, it can be, but it’s also a hymn to camaraderie, comedy, love, friendly love, lovely friendships, basically, the whole package. World building, comic relief characters and truly outstanding fights are also a trademark.
The Portuguese dubbed version is a masterclass in terms of extracting the best the show had to offer…
Yes, it’s easier to watch it on youtube. But it’s also a 3min read so shut up!
Apparently, the FX team was asked to wing this thing so it’s only natural this whole action sequence is subpar. To put it lightly…
We had all the tension leading up to it. The storytelling ranks among the best weaved pieces of scriptwriting in the MCU. Aaand… the digital team screwed it up. Kudos for trying though.
One of Marvel’s best movies? Check!
Worst final battle of the whole MCU? Check and mate!
With Cap, Iron and the lot trapped…
